A bicistronic expression vector was employed to create stable and consistent antibody producing cells from CHO-K1 cell line. The clonal cells had specific productivity of about 4.5pcd, before optimization of production conditions. Clonal expansion led to homogenous and stable production of the target mAb against TNF-α.
